Versalift bucket trucks come in a huge range of working heights, from 29’ to 219’, and they can be customized in thousands of ways. One feature that comes standard on every Versalift bucket truck is ElectroGuard, which includes a 42” insulation gap that prevents electrical current from arcing from the boom to the pedestal. This is more than double the insulation gap length of our competitors.  In the United States, while many tree care-oriented bucket truck fleets do not require insulation, many of our customers prefer to go the extra mile and provide this additional protection in their fleets. Many of our customers in the tree care and forestry industries favor the Versalift Overcenter (VO) series that we offer. Unique Versalift Features
Versalift bucket trucks are engineered to the highest standard of quality so that they last safely and reliably. The culture of innovation and high quality at Versalift powers the work we do. Several advancements that Versalift has made are available on every one of our bucket trucks. One of our most popular innovations is TruGuard, Versalift’s proprietary upper control isolating system, which provides another level of protection to linemen working in an aerial lift from phase-to-phase and phase-to-ground electrical contact. TruGuard comes standard on many Versalift bucket trucks, and it is an available customization on many others.

Torque striping is an example of our attention to detail. It is an extra step that we take that ensures the high quality of our products. All bolts and pins are torque seal marked by hand, which allows a lift operator to be more efficient, and to visually confirm the security of a critical bolt. Non-Lube Lift Bearings are a feature of Versalift aerial lifts that our customers love.  They do not need to be replaced, and require little to no maintenance. At Versalift, our non-lube lift bearings are designed to outlast the trucks on which our lifts are mounted.
